1. First confirm the computer file with the customer, and then print out the printed version, also called CTP.
2. After the CTP is produced, it is printed on the printing machine. The master who has spot colors adjusts the spot colors first, and the paper starts to adjust after printing on the printing machine without spot colors.
3. After the color is confirmed, start batch printing. After printing, pull the paper to the drying area and let it stand. After a few hours, you can start laminating.
4. After the film is finished, see if there are other processes, such as hot stamping, UV, bumps and other special processes. If there are some, do the process first, if not, directly pull it to the beer machine workshop to start the finished beer.
5. After the paper beer is finished, the waste paper master starts to discharge the waste paper, and after the waste paper is discharged, the hooks, magnets, films, etc. are manually attached.
6. After all the processes are completed, the automatic box gluer will start to glue the boxes, and the staff will count and pack the boxes after the boxes are completed.
